I recently visited Burger King and was deeply disappointed with the service and staff behavior. After placing my order, I waited patiently, only to be informed much later by a staff member that, due to technical issues, they were unable to serve food properly at that time. They even requested that I finish my meal quickly and leave. This information should have been conveyed upfront to avoid inconvenience.

To make matters worse, instead of returning the change I was owed, they tried to offer me a food item that I neither wanted nor liked. This has happened on my last two visits, and I fail to understand why they refuse to return the proper change.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and staff behavior at your Vijayawada outlet. During my recent visit, I encountered an unpleasant experience that did not reflect the standards expected from a reputed brand like Burger King. And they don't have even cash to give my money. I ordered one Tandoori burger and One capachino. The Total bill was 350 and I gave them 500. They said, give me sometime we will give the change along with your food. So I said okay. After I ate the food they suddenly said, Sir we don't have the change can you please take some ice cream for 50rs. And they only give me 100rs out of 500rs. I faced this situation 2nd time .

I request that you investigate this issue and ensure proper training for the staff at...

Coming to point 👉 there's no patience to explain customers what's the offer or to select the menu..if he's struggling there's no suggestions to give & in the reverse they were saying how many times we should de select the order it's all ready done once 🔂 like they were saying...& There's no AC on on up stairs even after knowing that customer is there also they were not responding...I'm literally dissatisfied with their service....
