They have nice spread, and the taste also good

BUT

As inside A/C was occupied, we were forced to sit outside and I didn't liked their seating arrangements. It's not at all comfortable and more over its' smoking zone so - we felt suffocating..

Besides all this - I felt their system is little rigid and not looks like customer-Shiva - let him attend as many as he can in a week

Elaborating the Customer-Centric point:

We visited four as a group to your place on Sunday i.e. 26th Dec. While three of us chit-chatting one initiated and placed the entire order... One of item was Rice bowl in which you offered side dish along with it... After serving we noticed the side dish doesn't suffice even to consume quarter of the rice offered, so we asked to place order for one or two plates of side dish (curry) more...

For that your staff response was: It's not possible to offer only the side dish - as it comes along with rice, he even went to an extent of explaining that , it never happened in his experience side dish getting completed before rice as most of the customers who visit there ask the vice-versa...

After listening to the answer I felt no fun discussing any further or asking for some other side dish and ate the rice without as is.

Hope now you understood the point I am referring to.

If you are customer centric, you would have obviously break your rule of offering the side dish only along with rice.And for any practical reasons if that's really not possible - then your staff would have been trained enough to guide customer to order for some other side-dish which can be served fast rather leaving them dissatisfied and consuming rice alone.

Visited Verandah Café recently, and honestly, I didn’t expect it to be this good. The food here was amazing — literally, whatever you order turns out great. I tried the blueberry cheesecake, chicken keema rice bowl, and their pasta, and all three were just perfect in their own way. The cheesecake was soft and creamy, the keema bowl was full of flavor and super satisfying, and the pasta was just on another level — one of the best I’ve had in a while.

They also have a smoke zone, which is a nice touch for people who prefer that. The ambience is really cool — inside it has this traditional artistic vibe, while outside it feels more modern and chill. It kind of gives off Pondicherry café vibes but with its own twist.

The whole place feels relaxed and comfortable — great for hanging out with friends, catching up with someone, or just spending some quiet time. The staff were friendly too, which made the experience even better.
