Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Worst service experience at this Café Coffee Day. The female staff at the counter forced me to buy cookies worth ₹90 just because she claimed not to have change for cash. On asking about card payment, she said their machine has been “not working due to Wi-Fi issue” for over a week. This is not the first time I’ve faced the same issue with the same staff member here.

How can a big brand like CCD fail to maintain a functioning card machine or keep adequate change? It honestly feels like a trick to make customers purchase additional items against their will. Very unprofessional and disappointing service. Definitely not expected from a reputed...

We ordered sizzling brownie with ice cream and dalgona coffee. Both are okay. The thing is, my card didn't work there, so we gave a big note while paying, and they needed to return us the change of 20 rs and told us they would give us later. But when we were leaving, they told us they didn't have cash and asked to buy us something where we needed to put extra money on top of that because everything starts with 30 rs.
