Absolutely detested this place. Pretty cheap cheats. Beware of waiters, you can get cheated. Sharing my firsthand experience- we were asked to share the table with two other gentlemen. The two gentlemen, sitting opposite to us, had ordered a spicy Guntur chicken starter dish. After a while, the dish arrives and the the person who serves says, “Sir, honey chicken”. The gentlemen say(in Telugu), “ we never ordered honey chicken “. The waiter enters the scene and says, “Sir, this is Guntur chicken and the boy who served you doesn’t speak Telugu, he is from north(northern part of India)”. After the two gentlemen reluctantly started eating, they figured the dish they are not eating is not quite what they ordered. The issue was discussed with the waiter and that crook did not give a damn.

Coming to my personal food experience-it’s below the worst level. There is something called chicken 64 biriyani (I am kidding not). This was sold by the waiter (as it was the day's special) After we finished eating, the waiter presents the check(bill), shamelessly...

🍽️ Food Review 🍽️

We ordered Butter Naan 🍞 along with Chicken Mughalai Curry 🍗 which was okay (3.5/5) 😐.

And then Mutton Fry 🍖 which was not cooked well (3.0/5) 😕. It still needs more cooking time ⏲️.

Chicken Tikka Biryani 🍗🍚 was once great, but today it didn't meet expectations. It was oily and had more gravy than required (3/5) 😬.

Mughalai Mutton Biryani 🍖🍚 was well good taste and cooked perfectly (4/5) 😋.

Service time was normal ⏳, and the ambiance remains as I mentioned earlier. 🏞️

On Friday night, July 11th at 10:05 PM, I placed an order for Paneer Biryani from D Table9 Family Restaurant located on KT Road. Unfortunately, the biryani turned out to be double masala and too spicy. Due to my pre-existing gastric issues, I wasn’t able to eat the food. I conveyed this issue to the branch manager, Mr. Bhaskar Reddy, and he responded very positively.

To my surprise, he personally brought fresh food around midnight and delivered it directly to the hotel where I was staying. He assured me that such incidents wouldn’t happen again and that they’d take utmost care going forward.

I was truly amazed by his genuine dedication and love for his responsibilities. Having a manager like him is a real blessing for any restaurant.
