JANAS HOTEL — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

Our check-in experience was pleasant. The staff were very helpful and allowed us an early check-in at 6 AM, which was greatly appreciated. However, there was some miscommunication regarding the early check-in fee. During the check-in process, the night staff did not mention any additional charges, and when I asked about it, I was simply informed that the regular check-in time was 1:00 PM and checkout time 11:00 AM.

The next morning, I received a call from the staff around 8 AM asking me to check out time and saying check time was6 AM, which was confusing and frustrating. It seemed there was no proper communication between team members regarding the early check-in arrangement. Later, I was informed about the early check-in charges, which I paid without any issue. Paying extra is not a big deal, but the lack of clear communication was disappointing. After paying the fee, I advised the staff not to repeat this with other guests and to inform them clearly in advance.

Additionally, there was inconsistency in the information provided about the extra bed charges. One manager advised ₹520, while others mentioned ₹500. Though the difference was minor, it again highlighted a communication gap among the management team.

Apart from these issues, the rest of my stay was wonderful. The service staff were warm, courteous, and very helpful. The food was excellent and the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

Overall, this was my first experience staying at an Indian hotel and it had both positive and negative moments, but I truly appreciated the hospitality and efforts of most...

Not all hotels have all the positives, but surprisingly this hotel has all boxes ticked. We had stayed here for two nights. They also have cab service. This hotel is very easy to reach, it's on the main road very near to Iskcon Temple and Kapil Thirtham, and there's market and general stores available nearby. Ample parking space in front of the hotel. There's a Restaurant in the Hotel called Mint restaurant which served awesome food. The hotel service is first class. Rooms are impeccably clean and spotless. Beds are super comfy. An extra rating should be given for the aesthetics. AC working fine and TV with almost all channels. They have connecting rooms and it was awesome with family, feels as if home. My kid enjoyed roaming around the space. Any hotel, I'll check the bathrooms first, this has one of the nicest bathroom I've ever seen with everything available u name it, hot water, shower, western toilet, soaps, brush, liquid soap, shampoo. Basically they are given 5 star hotel experience with reasonable prices. Top of all this the view from hotel is awesome, we can see the incredible Tirupati hills from the hotel as it is near to Alipiri. More than a stay it was an magnificent experience...

Pros: The stay was absolutely fantastic and location is very near to both the temples kapileswara and iskcon

Those who don't the darshan tickets they can go for the Balaji bustand and collect the tocken tickets which is very near..

Rooms are neat and clean and the timings also a bit liberal..

I opted for the vehicle which they have the travel desk in the hotel itself. Vehicles are neat and clean every vehicle drivers are professional and polite they have small and SUVs vehicles ... They also guide the program so that we can save the time and they got all the information regarding temples it's a big plus for a traveller like me

Staff behaviour is also good they receive the traveller with a smile and they have boys too to carry the language ..

Mainly they do have the mint restaurant with in the hotel so no need of going out for the food...
