Domino's Pizza | Buchirajupalem, Visakhapatnam — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

this place used to be one of our best hangout place's when we are in collage ( 2018 )... tasty food and smell's of fresh stuff really used to make our mouth's 🤤 and staff member's are so friendly too they always take sometime to chat with has and always suggest some good mixing's .... ( I love domino's no hate tho )

I don't Know .............. what happened over these 4 years but when i went to have a { Pizza and some veg Taco's } looks like everyone is busy with online order's well its good but its really empty kinda felt abit lonely there and i made my order and waited 15 mins ... got my food after 15 mins and i started with my pizza ( i ordered double cheese & tomato pizza { topping :- mushroom's 50/- , panner 50/- } )

but when i opened my pizza i am just stunned by topping's there are 5 & 6 panner pieace's which i paid like 50/- ( pieace 10/- HAHA ) and mushroom's i dont even know if they added atleast 1 full mushroom there ? i only seen like 3 to 4 pieace's thats it .... and cheese is ok ... taste is good so i am ok 06/10 ...

but taco's i am just left speechless these taco's are so lifeless -_- taco's used to be on my top list no matter where i go. I ate pizza first so i can enjoy taco's later but i never in my dream's tho that one day i will force taco's into my mouth 02/10 ...

staff's are still good and friendly ( a bit busy thats it ) taste's are complety changed old taste used to be like 08/10 and now its 04/10 ... idk that i will ever go there again ( for now i dont want to )

Again saying I love Domino's no hate ( i made a lot of good memories there )

( just add some more topping's really paying 50/- for topping's and getting 5 pieace's is too much ) ( and remove veg taco's from...

I am changing rating along with my good view regarding this branch... Staff is rude over phone call... Even though we select location from drop down lists provided in the app, they say that they can't deliver order to the selected location... They say that the deliver time has been reduced from 30 minutes to 20 minutes and so they will not deliver the order for the selected location... These kind of staff and franchises/branch will leave customers with bad opinion and this the brand image gets deteriorated, though Food Tastes good... But if you book order over app it's. Will be your worst nightmare... No cleanliness at all.. Requested to clean the table for 2 times but action was not taken.. I guess on the 3rd time they have cleaned. When I went today I saw only 1 lady working there for cooking and cleaning as well. There is no body to take an order. Should wait and wait and wait... This particular outlet is situated near by 4 or 6 educational institutions and may because of those children, this outlet is still operational... No respect and...

Never ever go or I shall recommend anyone to go this store. I have made a payment from UPI, and it shown successful, but they said that it's not reflecting in their account. So they asked to make another payment from alternate sourcebwgich I did. Then I asked about my previous payment, for which they said that they didn't received it and they are not responsible for it. So I asked for acknowledge of the same or else will go legally, for which the manager Mr.Pradeep Mohanty said rudely that do whatever I want.

The question is that is this is what a customer is supposed to get for such scenario. The so called manager is not even on his chair but had a conversation over phone.

It's unacceptable and a concern for people who are visiting with their family during this pandemic. Hope The manager learns some professionalism and responds to their customers.

Rest I will never ever visit to Dominos pizza ever , neither will...
