I must say, these people are actually downgrading the standard of dominos. So rusty, unapologetic and rude employees they have hired. Yesterday I was in a hurry to get a few pizzas for my mom who was having 20 minutes halt at Visakhapatnam station. We dropped at Dominos near gajuwaka junction. Was trying to place an order so that it gets ready on time. To my surprise, the front counter employee ignored my request and started order from a person who came after me. When I objected , she was unapologetic and said it will late and needs 20 minutes. Agreed 20 minutes, I had that buffer time with me, but why did she took order for someone who came late and not my order. I was ready with my requirements but she took order from someone else who came late and was behind me in the queue. She was unapologetic and behaved rudely. Dominos, please maintain the quality of employees your franchise hire. Such serious laps will put you down in general. Take my words, I’m not gonna visit dominos Gajuwaka...

Servicing is good but when it came about the payment they are not keeping upi scanner which is disappointing and even I was giving my sbi card for swiping they were telling machine is not accepting the sbi card while asking why they don't have any answer which was quite weird like in such a big restaurant we can't accept such kind of answer or service luckily I had the app I ordered through it otherwise I have to go empty hand. So if anyone of going there I would suggest better keep some cash otherwise you'll be disappointed. On a positive note pasta and tacos were amazing you can order and enjoy it . And also the pizza was also good . For vegetarian people I would suggest them to come here with there family as the ecosystem was quite family friendly and you can spend quality of time with your dear ones.
