Extremely Disappointed – Worst Domino’s Experience Ever!

I had one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences with Domino’s recently, and I feel compelled to share it so others are aware of their poor service.

Firstly, the staff was shockingly rude and absolutely unprofessional. They showed no courtesy in handling the order, spoke in a disrespectful tone, and acted as if doing their job was a favor to me.

Secondly, despite ordering within the time frame that qualifies for their so-called “30-minute delivery guarantee,” the order arrived over 60 minutes late. And no, there was no apology, no compensation, not even a proper explanation. So much for a delivery guarantee — it’s just a hollow promise.

To make matters worse, the food was cold, soggy, and clearly delayed intentionally. This isn't just bad service — this is intentional negligence. It's shocking that a global brand like Domino’s would treat customers this way simply based on location. Yes, I genuinely felt there was discrimination based on where I live, because my area was treated like it didn’t deserve timely or respectful service.

One of the most unhygienic and poorly managed quick-service restaurants I’ve ever visited — definitely the worst in Vizag, maybe even in India.

Our experience was terrible from the moment we entered. The floors and tables were dirty, and no staff member greeted or assisted us. We placed our order at the kiosk, and while waiting, we noticed several staff inside the kitchen area without uniforms or head caps, casually chatting instead of focusing on cleanliness or customers.

It took around 28 minutes to get our order. The pizza tasted below average, and the service was awful. We didn’t even receive tissues until we asked three times, and our Coke order was forgotten until we reminded them again.

The entire restaurant was messy, with tissues lying around, and the air conditioning was turned off at 8:20 PM. When we asked about it, one staff member (without uniform or head cap) rudely said the store was closing — even though it clearly wasn’t the closing time.

Overall, the staff were rude and unprofessional, the restaurant was very unhygienic, and the food quality was poor. Definitely not...
