I recently visited the Domino's outlet located in Vedayapalem, Nellore. The place is in a convenient, central area and offers seating for around 10-12 people at a time. It has a decent and pleasant ambiance, making it a nice spot to sit and enjoy your meal.
However, I did face an issue with the staff. When I first entered, there were no other customers, but the staff didn’t respond to me right away. I had to call them two or three times before they finally attended to my order, which was a bit frustrating.
I ordered the new ₹99 combo, which I found to be a good deal. It included a small cheese pizza (pan size), which is what I preferred, though you can choose from various other options in the combo. Along with the pizza, the combo came with a soft drink, and in my case, I got a Pepsi. It also included three pieces of veg potato smiles, which were a nice addition. I decided to add a Choco Pie for ₹20, bringing my total bill to around ₹135, including taxes.
After placing my order, I had to wait for about 10 minutes for the food, which I found reasonable. Once the staff started serving, the service was quite good, but the initial lack of responsiveness was disappointing.
Overall, while the store was empty when I visited (which could have been due to the time of day), the food was satisfying, and the combo was worth the price. If the staff had been more attentive from the beginning, it would have been a...
Read moreRefused receipt and appeared to be uneducated. Wasted my time by taking my whole order and then acted stupid. They did not know the meaning of "+" (plus) as it appears in phone numbers outside of India. Even after drawing a plus, they did not understand or refused to enter it - this would have allegedly been used for receipts as they refused a paper receipt. If the staff does not understand what a basic arithmetic operator "+" is, they cannot be trusted to execute any protocols for preparing a specific order correctly. Took my money back from their hands and left.
Edit: Domino's is trying to troll me or take revenge for this review. Domino's reply here on Google asks me to email them at a jublfood domain. When I did, Domino's asked me to once AGAIN fill out a form or write to them despite them already having seen this review in duplicate. Domino's wants to keep me wastefully writing to them as much as possible to distract me from doing anything else in life. All Domino's in India must be shut down...

“I recently visited Domino’s and ordered the Cheese Volcano pizza, veg puff, and stuffed garlic bread. The food quality was great, just as you’d expect from Domino’s—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. However, the service was disappointing not even cleaning the tables. The staff seemed overwhelmed with online orders and displayed an arrogant attitude, outright denying in-store orders. It felt as though in-person customers were sidelined, which made for a frustrating experience. While the food remains top-notch, the lack of attentive service left me...
