This was my second Indian hotel buffet after 5-star Gurgaon hotel. I did not like the experience since they make all kinds of cuisine just below the tasty level.. but, this buffet was different! Less variety, but each menu was sincere.
My favorite of all was Zucchini cheese roll! Wow the perfect mixture of tomato garlic sauce, well cooked zucchini, and delicious cheese ball inside. Just ummmm-ah!
Pasta station was on point too! My 22mo girl loved the chicken Alfredo pasta.
I loved salad section too! It was all kinds of fresh ingredients for a kid to enjoy a healthy meal. I just wished they had lettuce or micro greens on salad section..!
Indian cuisines were so genuine too. Loved each and every one, but especially Spinach liver fry was top notch. Fresh Butter Naan was cherry on top.
My Vijayawada local partner said his favorite was Pakodi soup.
And I was thankful that they had some Asian dishes like Greek Lemon Chicken Porridge (idk why greek lemon😂), and ginger fish. I love to eat porridges with Soy sauce and pickled chili sauce.
Maybe I was too full to judge dessert section better,,, but I liked the dark cherry tart’s crust! It was not too sweet and delish.
I wish this buffet has Decaf Coffee. That’s only...

Read moreIt is a pleasant place to go for a buffet. We went there for dinner. The spread was multicuisine and satisfying in terms of taste and recipes. They had a balanced layout of dishes including the salad and desserts. And of course they have the usual live counter for Indian breads. The chicken curry in main course option is worth mentioning because of the authentic taste of the spices. Also the mushroom soup from the continental platter was a delight for the tastebuds. Valet parking, wheelchair access, washrooms ect are all available as the restaurant is located inside Novotel. The staff are...
