Food NATiON — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I gave 5 stars to this restaurant 2 yrs ago. Recent disastrous experiences online is forcing me to write this updated review. The experience is as follows. Ordered a burger last week with extra cheese,in online mode(Zomato). After 15 min they called and said burger is not available and gave me an option to opt for sandwich. I did, since I have no choice. But I've asked to put cheese in it since I had already paid 20 rupees for extra cheese in burger. Not only they sent order late(It took one hour for delivery), sandwich was not baked well and they didn't add extra cheese.!Just two unbaked bread slices with some curry in it. I paid 142 rupees for it., like a fool.We get better sandwich for 40-50 in cafés around clgs. I wrote the same review in Zomato and they offered refund. But I don't want it. Because same thing happened few months ago when I ordered paneer tikka and they said it's not available and sent me mushroom chilli, which was veryyy less in portion size. Back then I let it go. But repeating second time doesn't deserve to be left like this, and hence harsh criticism.I just hope people see this and switch for better alternatives.Looks like you've lost a customer,dear food nation.! So I am updating my review in May 2025, We visited yesterday and every dish was a disappointment to my surprise. I think the management and the chef's have changed. Also servers because who serves you ketchup and condiment pplastic packet on your pizza. Like she threw it on top of pizza and put it down on table and went. Noodles were smelling like it was of yesterday. Pizza was sweet because of too much tomato ketchup. Shawarma was bland. This is not the same cafe once we loved to visit. Last time we visited in October 2024. And then also we loved the food but now it's not worth it. I dnt knw what changed there. In the journey of 7 years they have improved a lot. Everything was fine and the restaurant was well decorated, the service of a waitress (LAKSHMI) was 100% excellent and professional. she was serving with a smiling face which makes the customer happy and feel comfortable to ask for something,the food was tasty (need to reduce some spice in mutton biryani). The management should improve by placing a nameplate at the entrance of family section, the family section doesn't have a nameplate and the management team asked us to come out after we entered and sat on our tables, it is disgusting which makes customers uneasy in front of others.
