First time to this place, one of the best cafes around tirupati
Ambience -
Earthy colors, painted onto the walls in light shades and combined with a little lighting of warm colors, helps the customers relax and want to stay more. It’s 2 stair well organized seating and clean atmosphere.
Food - Ordered inverted cappuccino, chicken pop corn peri peri and paneer pizzas. Food was hot and freshly prepared.
Service - All waiters known only Hindi , not even able to understand single word of English. It’s very bad experience who don’t know Hindi to communicate with them. I experience the same, I asked him to get normal water in a cup so I showed him a cup and said get water, he misunderstood, added one more coffee to my order which leads to long conversation. Finally the restaurant associate blamed us.
And also the service used to take more time even when there’re less crowed.
Finally good place to have...

We went to this place and specifically asked for what’s good in vegetarian. As suggest we ordered a chilli cheese toast and other things. We were a group of friends and as we were in the middle of a discussion, I didn’t pay too much attention to what I was eating.. half way through we realized it had a bunch of tiny chicken pieces stuffed inside it. Seriously? There were a few women carrying around the place serving food to respective tables- they were so confused that they kept getting us either wrong orders, or checking the menu on the table. However busy you guys are, these mistakes are not acceptable. One tiny sorry is all I got. And anyway, nothing would’ve compensated for the damage already done.
Also, they took so long, there’s no way anyone would recheck their order, they’d be on the verge of dying out of hunger.
Please train your...

Coffee? Questionably tragic 👎 Tastes like someone whispered “coffee” near a cup of warm water. This place exists purely for people who want to spend money just to feel fancy not to actually enjoy anything. Tried the paneer tikka and instantly regretted it. Tasted like raw regret and smelly socks with grill marks. I’ve never wanted to un-eat something so fast. Oh, and open flames on the tables? Genius idea if your goal is to recreate a house fire. Who thought that was a vibe?
Let’s talk staff: They don’t speak Telugu. They don’t speak English. We’re in Andhra Pradesh, not Mars. What’s the hiring policy? Mime artists only?
Everything’s overpriced to the point of comedy. Overdecorated, overhyped, and under everything that matters.
If this were a game, I’d hit delete on this business and free up space for something that actually belongs...
