Worst customer service Today (23/10/24) I went to bought a cake and I just asked the cakes are fresh or not because I see the same cakes yesterday. The response he gave all cakes are sold these are newly prepared ones The one thing I observed even the line of cakes and clours of cakes are in same pattern. Nothing but dames cakes displayed from two days not even fresh and cheating customer with extra care . Bad experience with staff , cheating words and comanding with customers.

I am ready to go AP consumer Affairs food and civil supplies department.( the cakes are 100% sure it’s not today’s one) send today preparation video with date and time.

Whether the owner has really love and respect on food. Quality need not fake promotions.

First ask your seller to give that respect...

Utterly disappointed with the presentation. Completely disappointed with the staff behaviour. I have ordered a cake a day earlier but it was not delivered on time.. worst thing is that these guys started preparing cake on reaching the shop to collect. They have not kept the cake in fridge for some time atleast and as a result my cake has slided and was actually completely spoiled on my daughter's birthday.. charged 3500 for a fondent cake but don't even have responsibility.

Never recommend to any one.. Don't trust these guys for cakes...
