I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Sannidhi, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I checked in, I felt welcome and at ease.

The rooms were immaculately clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. But what truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.

And then, of course, there was the food! Oh, the food! The hotel's restaurant served up some of the most delicious dishes I've had the pleasure of enjoying. From traditional local cuisine to international favorites, every meal was a culinary masterpiece.

I was particularly impressed by the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to quality. From the fresh flowers in the lobby to the spotless cleanliness of the rooms, every aspect of my stay was thoughtful and well-executed.

Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Sannidhi to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable stay. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give it ten stars if I could!

The worst hotel one could ever visit.

These people don’t even know “A” of hospitality and they call themselves hotelier.

The guys on the reception are continuously asking people to cancel their online bookings and ask you to book directly that too with extra payment.

The receptionist started fighting with a lady who made online booking and she was carrying a one year old child with her but these people did not show mercy at all and started shouting at the lady. Lady was brave enough to reply them back but her child was uncomfortable with the heated conversation so she had to give up.

Don’t fall for their pics of rooms. Those rooms are really very small in size.

Also if you book including breakfast, they’ll provide you limited breakfast only.

There is no buffet available despite having a full proof restaurant at the ground floor.

Simply don’t go there, they won’t treat you well.

I strongly suggest everyone out there who is reading this review that you can try it yourself. Make an online booking and then reach this hotel, you will find each and every word true what I have...

I usually refrain from writing reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough to share.

On the positive side, the food was excellent, and the two lady receptionists were consistently professional, polite, and helpful. The night shift staff member also put in his best efforts, and I truly appreciate his dedication. Mr. Srinivas, the Manager, was also trying hard to manage the situation effectively.

However, all these positives were completely overshadowed by the conduct of Mr. Sambasiva Rao. His behavior was highly unprofessional, lacking courtesy and respect expected in the hospitality industry. He appeared money-minded, dismissive of guest concerns, and instead of resolving issues, he created additional frustration.

Because of this, my overall stay was ruined. One unsuitable employee can seriously damage the reputation of an entire hotel. I strongly urge the management to take corrective action, as I cannot recommend this property under the present...
