I recently had the opportunity to dine at Hunger Bird Restaurant, and while the food was quite good, I must say that the overall experience left much to be desired. While the taste and quality of the food were commendable, the hospitality and behavior of the staff were disappointingly lacking.
From the moment I entered the restaurant, I noticed an air of indifference and disrespect from the staff. They seemed to have little regard for the customers and their needs. The rudeness displayed by the staff members was particularly disheartening. It felt as though they had forgotten the importance of providing good customer service and treating patrons with respect.
The behavior of the staff was a major letdown, and it is concerning to think that this could have a negative impact on the reputation of Hunger Bird. No matter how delicious the food is, poor customer service can leave a lasting impression on diners. It is crucial for the restaurant management to address this issue promptly and train their staff to prioritize customer satisfaction and professional conduct.
Additionally, it is important for the order taking managers to not let the taste and quality of the food cloud their judgment and inflate their egos. The success of a restaurant relies not only on the food but also on the overall dining experience. Customers should feel valued and respected throughout their visit, and it is the responsibility of the management to ensure this. Hunger Bird Restaurant has potential with its flavorful dishes, but the poor hospitality and disrespectful behavior of the staff were major setbacks. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the customer service aspect of their establishment. It is essential to remember that a successful restaurant is not just about the food, but also about the experience it provides to...
Read moreFew people suggested that this hotel is best in Kakinada. So one week back I went to this hotel with my friend. We ordered chicken wings which is priced appropriately Rs.400 with GST and it was saltless and the piece was very hard enough to chew. Literally we took the help of Tomato sauce to finish this dish, otherwise it was Literally thrown into dustbin. They said Mutton Dum biriyani is famous there which is priced approximately Rs.470 with GST and it has more rice with hard mutton pieces which is difficult to chew and no sufficient masala in that dish. I got a doubt that if we entered in a wrong time and ordered wrong dish. But we gone there on Sunday evening and we ordered what they said their special. So no mistake on our side regarding wrong time and dish selection. So the price we pay vs the quality and quantity we're getting are not at all matching. I don't know why these restaurants are very interested to charge very premium price for below average quality food. I rarely go to restaurants, with this type of looting, I lost interest in going to...
Read moreToday we went to hungry bird restaurant at Kakinada for Dinner. Frozen chicken cooked and reheated dish was sreved with Egg fried rice saying that it is special fried rice. Chicken was cooked in high dose of salt. I feel it is the responsibility of Manager at restaurant to maintain food quality in terms of hygiene, taste, freshness and service. We found that hotel staff was saying that they would have changed if it was told earlier. Supervision was missing. Chef was supposed to check the taste before it comes to customer's table. It is not the responsibility of customer to give spoon feeding feedback to the restaurant. The Restaurant Management needs to look into the improvement part, or else other competitors coming up around will make them to shutdown the resturant sooner. Arrogance will not succeed in food serving restaurents. Better you train your people to Converse properly.
