Suruchi recently started to shift towards corporate style in service (somehow I'm not liking)

Reason being, if we ask them for 500gms of an item they weigh the product 550+gms. It used to happen even before but they bill for 500gms only thinking that additional 30-50gms is for packaging.

Now, they weigh the product to 560+gms pack it (stick the box). After which they will say its over weight by 30gms can they add the additional gms in bill. Obviously most of them like me won't ask them to remove additional 30gms and repack.

They could've easily avoided this whiling weighing the item.

This might be giving a good businesses of getting customers pay more buy being a loyal customer from many years i feel its not ethical.

I'm updating my review after observing this behavior from 3 months on multiple visits to different branches. So i think its a practice which management is directing their staff.

I've a good relationship with the staff of suruchi and if i point this before them they would rectify this for me. The reason why i post this publicly is this behavior should change.

Shichi|Me/ is a place where you can find patisserie, continental, proper Chinese, coffee under one roof. It is located along with chat hub(chitchat) and indian sweets stall(suruchi). For every cuisine, you can hardly find four options except for patisserie consisting of sourdough bread , focaccia, baguette, cheesecakes , french desserts etc. It also provides gelatos and im pretty sure I saw a salad bar. Coming to food; as ive said above , the options are very limited. We’ve ordered tempura sushi and udon noodles . The sushi tasted so bad especially with soysauce . If you’ve never had tempura sushi , please dont have it here . It’ll leave u with a wrong impression .The udon noodles arent udon noodles but regular noodles cooked with mild chilli oil but the taste was okay. I didnt dare to order anymore food . Right from the outset, the staff warmly welcomes you and converses fluently in English. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are impeccable—no complaints there.

Their menu predominantly features PAN Asian and Italian dishes, which is yet another delightful revelation for Rajahmundry. The flavors are genuinely delicious, and the quality of ingredients stands out.

The staff's humility and prompt service are commendable.
