I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I encountered while placing an order through Swiggy. I had placed an order at KFC MGB Branch, and despite the restaurant accepting the order, I faced a series of issues upon the arrival of the delivery partner to kfc.
To my dismay, upon reaching the KFC location, I was informed by the staff that the kitchen was closed, rendering the ordered food unavailable. My concern lies in the fact that if the kitchen was indeed closed, the restaurant should not have accepted my order in the first place. This situation raises questions about the accuracy and reliability of the online ordering system.
Moreover, when I engaged in conversation with the restaurant staff, they displayed a lack of willingness to cancel my order promptly. This resulted in an unnecessary delay of 30 minutes, during which time I was subjected to unprofessional behavior and arguments from the staff. It is disheartening to note that the staff refused to acknowledge their mistake and insisted on holding my payment without providing the promised service.

Service - couple of guys at the counter by name Ramana reddy and one more guy who is taking order … they don’t know how to behave with customers …very rude at customers … asked for burgers .. they said they won’t have large burgers .. and when I asked for the roll meal at parcel time they provided only one fries and one drink while we ordered for 3 meals … pls guys check the parcel before u take away the parcel .. they are cheating people by looting money.. dips also tandoori mayo and dynamaite mayo both seems they are expired and tasteless .. Atmosphere - A. C is not working which is really suffocating and when I asked them they simply replied that higher authority is not taking action from one and half year … very reckless answer .. and people are buying with out asking the management regarding A.C.. when A.C is not working then don’t provide as the food for such rates .. u must decrease the rate neither get ur A. C function well … pls don’t ever prefer the kfc at mgb mall …...

With my family today noon visited KFC out ket in MG Brothers ordered & paid for bucket ₹1500 by credit card. While waiting for our turn seen two customer from next table complaint to billing executive that pieces given are spoiled and getting bad smell.
Then when our pack was delivered first both burger chicken was spoiled with very bad smell . Checked fried chicken pieces also not fresh, oil smell & stale chicken Mean time other customer also return back his order saying chichen is smelling bad.
Finally we returned and taken cash back.
It looks from previous reviews this out let has got very bad reviews reported delivered stale & spoiled chicken.
It's better some one from KFC to visit and check the quality of products delivered. I also informed food safety authority to make a surprise inspection to check before some body falls sick.
It's understood having delivered bad chicken billing executive not argued immediately return the money.
Really we had very experience with my family in MG Brother KFC . It's better to close this outlet before someone get food poisoning.
