I am really surprised if all these reviews are genuine. I recently visited this restaurant based on the reviews I saw.
One of the waitresses showed us to our seat and handed us the menu. After we placed our order, she brought plates that smelled awful 🤮. I asked her to change them, and she took the plates back. However, this time, they simply cleaned them again with some dishwashing liquid and brought back the same plates.
Next, they started serving the food—Chicken Dum Biryani and some Chicken Lollipops. The quantity was very small, and when I tasted it, the food was overly spicy. I couldn’t even finish half of the portion.
Since the food was expensive, I didn’t want to waste it and forced myself to eat as much as I could. Unfortunately, the next day, I suffered from stomach burns, and it took me five days to recover. That’s when I realized why they serve such a small quantity with so much spice—it’s almost unbearable to eat.

The place does not have proper air conditioning, and we were literally sweating throughout the meal. To make it worse, there were no fans arranged when the AC wasn’t working. On top of that, there were a lot of flies around which made it very uncomfortable.
Most of the items on the menu were not even available – even the basics like naan, roti, etc. were missing. Basic things were also lacking – they don’t provide hot water, no knife when requested, and even the tandoori was served without the proper accompaniments.
The service was very slow – from serving the food to even bringing the bill, everything was delayed. While the food itself was just okay, the overall dining experience was pathetic. I would not recommend this...
Read moreREAD THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU VISIT!! I can't comprehend what these guys presume when expanding to lower tier cities. They overprice their products, reduce the quantity, quality takes a drastic hit and in turn want the people of that city to be grateful to them just cos they've considered to expand here, pricing and quantity is way off to that compared to Hyderabad's paradise and just as is the case in Hyderabad there are way more options for better biryani in Nellore as well, 'BAWARCHI', 'PARIWAR PARADISE', 'INDIAN KITCHEN', SALMA BIRYANI' are a few right off the top of my head. And for the guys at PARADISE u r not the world's favorite biryani that is a baseless and false claim u'll have to take it down. I would give a 0 if I could. When there's so much outrage in the reviews with more than 80% being negative, none of u guys should...
