Worst service. Staff working here need more training how to behave with customer and how to do a service. I went here on 06/Aug / 2025 evening 5.30 pm. Waited 5 min at counter to give order. No body bothered to take order. I asked is there any here to take order. I get a recless answer from lady working here that it will take another 10 min time to take order( Her body language telling me that if u wish to wait then wait or else go). The way she replied me that i decide not to wait one second there and said her thanks for saving my money and went out. Mr KFC u r spending lakhs of Rs on Adds to promote u r brand. First train u r staff how to behave with customer. If dont have money to spend on training to train u r staff Close u r store. Dont recruit un professional people in ur store. It will damage u r reputation and also u get loss. I went domino's due to above incident and given order for Rs 1530 on the same day. See how much loss u got...

They accept only cash and the variety as per menu was limited and many items are not available as displayed that too with horrible delay. Except one girl who is taking orders has semi knowledge and rest of the guys who are handling food there are just brought from street side touching everything they serve with bare hands all the time and few of them are not even wearing masks properly. The girl told that she herself is the manager when I asked to escalate above issues. I felt scary myself especially during these times and this is not something we expect or imagine from the brand of “KFC”. It was understaffed and have no option of any kind of digital payment (not even a card swiping machine) and at counter they wrote we accept all cards... When it comes to taste... It is below average and did not get the originality of KFC. The girl who took my order not even bothered if I prefer pepsi or 7UP. No professional attitude at all from any of the staff members... May be they need to be trained... Since this is hospitality/customer centric business... Customer satisfaction should be your prime goal and not just launching and selling. Hope you guys can improve taste, service and take care of...
