The outside temperature was around 35°C, and everyone knows how hot and uncomfortable it gets in such weather. But even in that heat, the AC inside the store was not switched on. It’s extremely frustrating — it feels like they are just trying to save money by cutting corners on basic comfort.
I had to wait in my car until the food was ready because it was just too hot to sit inside. And this isn’t the first time — I’ve faced this issue nearly 10 times now. Sometimes they turn on the AC only in one corner where someone is seated, instead of cooling the whole space. Honestly, I start wondering if it’s only KFC that does this, because even small, regular restaurants keep their ACs running properly.
What’s worse is that even the staff were sweating heavily — clearly uncomfortable while preparing orders. Their sweat literally dripping while packing takeaway food is unhygienic and unacceptable. This is not just about customer comfort anymore — it’s about basic health and hygiene.

I visited this place on monday around 6pm ,Only fried chicken, popcorn chicken , french fries, ricebowlz were available from the menu irrespective of what they are showing in their menu.
No burgers , No buckets deals available here.
Washroom is out of service in this KFC.
No proper cleaning and maintenance around the hand wash area, toilet smell all over the place.
Dine in tables weren't neat and tidy , very unhygienic.
This KFC is prime example , how not to maintain international chain like KFC.

Read moreIt's not a first time. When ever I ordered some combo here, their answer is a big "NO SIR WE DON'T HAVE A SPECIFIC ITEM". If your drink machine wasn't working then you should find a replacement for that specific item. It doesn't mean you should remove that combo or combos from menu and misleading the customer and manipulate them to buy a single item with the price of combo. If a customer is waiting at your desk for food, You should respect their time. I waited for a long time almost 40minutes for my order and KFC buddy was saying I'm at the backside of kitchen that's not my responsibility to look customers and you should wait for the guy who have to take up the shift. Try to give an answer if a customer questions you. Its yours...
