KFC — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I have placed an order on june 7th through swiggy worth 953 rupees includes a friendship bucket and 2 PC Smoky Red chicken(Order no - 74603341453).I have received all items as per menu but quantity of each has been reduced to half almost. Chicken was not at all fresh (Very hard ).Neither crispy nor tasty but very much oily.Not properly topped with flavored Masala. I always used to visit kfc outlets and eat while in other places but never had this sort of experience not even a complaint .First time i ordered here in ongole and it was a horrible experience which will never let me think of ordering one more time at least here in this place.

Tried sharing same review in website too but wasn't working properly.DO have a look.

KFC team reached out to me to know feedback and understand what went wrong exactly. Explained same issues & told that could see similar feedback from others too.They promised that they will make sure it won't be repeated again.I have received complimentary dish which is as expected.

Looks it's happening mainly when an order placed through different delivery partners than KFC (like Swiggy etc..) so i have been advised to order though KFC only for better outcome .

I recently visited the KFC branch in Ongole, and I must say that it was an extremely disappointing experience. Firstly, the service at KFC was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked basic customer service skills. It took an incredibly long time for them to acknowledge my presence, and even then, they were slow in handling my order. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the restaurant was far from satisfactory. Tables were left dirty and unattended, with food crumbs and spills scattered around. It was evident that the staff did not bother to maintain cleanliness, which is unacceptable for any food establishment.

To sum it up, my visit to KFC Ongole was nothing short of a disaster. The poor service, uncleanliness, tasteless food, and dismal ambiance were significant letdowns. I expected better from a well-known chain like KFC. I would strongly advise potential customers to reconsider dining at this particular branch. There are better options in Ongole that prioritize customer satisfaction and quality...

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt I should share my experience at KFC in Ravi Priya Mall, Ongole.

The service here was terrible the staff were busy watching their phones and chatting instead of attending customers, and my order took nearly 1 hour to be served.

They never accept credit cards or food cards, and every time the excuse is “IT issue, not working.” This happens constantly, which makes the experience very frustrating and unprofessional.

The behaviour of the staff was careless. Also, I noticed that the online KFC food here is very different in taste(worst) and quality compared to the same branch’s offline orders both in taste and how the food looks. This feels strange and disappointing.

I strongly do not recommend KFC at Ravi Priya...
