KFC — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Well, standards of cleanliness of the Store has somehow adjusted itself to the general cleanliness standards of the city itself. So, one should not be surprised about a couple of buzzing flies, here n there. Table cleaning is strictly on request only. The cleaning staff prefers to leave the left overs for longer than desirable. But again, blame it on the city.

Queue is an unknown word in this store and the staff believe that the practice of queueing up should be actively discouraged. In fact, when my order was being taken, somebody spoke in between of my order being keying in by the attendant. The attending staff, paused, ignored me to listen to this person from behind me, right in between keying in my order. And when I asked her to pay attention to me, both the staff as well as the person behind me appeared aghast...!! :-l

Location in a very busy junction and has no parking. Big issue.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this fast-food outlet. The waiting line was unusually long, primarily because the person taking orders was incredibly slow. To make matters worse, half of my order was missing. I had to go back and collect the rest after waiting again, which was frustrating.

The usual Wednesday offers, which I was looking forward to, were mysteriously unavailable. No explanation was provided when I asked about it. Adding to the inconvenience, their credit card machine was out of order, making payment a hassle.

The overall maintenance of the outlet is very poor. It was unhygienic, with an alarming number of mosquitoes and flies buzzing around. I had ordered chicken, but honestly, it made me worry more about catching something like chikungunya than enjoying a meal.

The place is good and they are following the safety measures for covid-19. There's no proper AC. There's no token system which should be there. I waited for 20 mins that they will call but no one called. When I went to see I got my order in 5 mins. Regarding the food: I have tasted chicken from KFC in Banglore, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, this not I expected from a KFC franchise. I felt eating ordinary chicken! not a KFC chicken. Food is more oily than other branches. KFC in Srikakulam is not finger licking good. I even missed the crunchy feeling which I usually get at KFC. The smell of the chicken is odd. I also seen a customer complaining that the french fries are stale and he got fresh ones. I think the staff need more training on preparing food.
