McDonald's — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Food wise I don't have any complaints. Capachino can be served a little more hot. Will share my experience here. There were 4 college kids who occupied an 8 table in the outlet after completing their meal. It is a busy time in the evening and no one from the staff bothered to move them. Many people left the place because of no space. It took me a while to get space. Cleanliness is not so great, we have to ask someone to clean the table. Removing just the tray is not enough. We generally pick our trash and throw it in the designated area. Here the trash is full and I have asked a lady to look at it. She just smiled and left. No action taken. A proper manager to manage all these things is very much required. All other things I think are good. You can introduce a few more self ordering kiosks at the ice cream section so that people can order freely outside rather than stand inside an already busy outlet. They should go for more space or move to the food court in the mall so that people can have more space to sit. Now they are losing some customers to KFC.

One of worst of Mc Donalds in this restaurant. The fries ordered are large and presented in a way that it looks full,in actual it will not match the regular quantity. When asked again,it happened same. Thought may be instruction was received not to to serve the actual quantity. And coming to quality dont ask. It neither hot nor crispy,which is Mc Donald's speciality. One more thing,i guess they have excess salt in restuarant. It full of salt,got a feeling that eating salt with fries not the other way around. Now coming to burger, bread buns are not good. Chocolate milk shake though is good,but had to go to counter to few times to get my order which they completely missed. Eating in different McD places in India and outside. I wont step again in this restaurant if...

The only reason I'm giving at least 2 stars is because I love the food of McDonald's ...

But this store ruined this taste completely...

What i feel is they should improve the Quality of their food..

After i started working from home in Kakinada...i visited this place 3 times even though the taste is not up to the Mark.. only because i love McDonald's 😂..

But i realised that if i continue this .. i will end up hating my favourite brand .. which i don't wanna do at all..

Finally for food lovers.. you can avoid this store if u r one who loves the taste of the food not the interiors and...
