I visited this place with my friends with high hopes for a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, my visit was overshadowed by the behavior of the owner, which left a sour taste in my mouth, far worse than any poorly cooked dish ever could. From the moment we arrived, the owner seemed dismissive and unwelcoming. When we politely inquired about a delay with our order, the response was not just curt but outright rude and aggressive. It was shocking to witness such hostility toward paying customers, especially when we were being patient and polite. The tension created by the owner's demeanor made it difficult to enjoy the meal, which was otherwise decent. Hospitality is a cornerstone of any dining experience, and sadly, this establishment failed in that department. A simple apology or a professional approach could have turned things around, but instead, we were met with defensiveness and disdain. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as no matter how good the food might be, a lack of respect for customers is unforgivable. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an enjoyable and stress-free...

One of the worst restaurant experiences I had till date.

Biryani - 1* ( heavy spices and pulao rice) Rumali roti - 2* ( they wont cook properly)

Curry veg&non-veg. - 1* ( very less quantity sufficient for 1 person

Visited thrice in this month every time thinking they would improve but this time it is very bad, they served wrong dish 2 times and wasted my 1 hour of time and finally while im leaving the place they offered 10% discount and I said to keep with them as they are doing business and not keen about customer satisfaction.

I dont recommend this place anymore to anyone.

Replying to your response - After this incident happened I reached out to your cashier and he offered 10% for wasting my 1 hour of time after contacting YOU!!! And I ignored saying that I gave a chance for you guys but you didnt untilise and I clearly said before leaving restaurant that I will surely rate this restaurant and give a proper review kindly check with your restaurant members.

If you're looking for a place where tasty vegetarian food meets the charm of a lightning-fast waiter, look no further than Real Deepak Punjabi Dhaba on NAD Kotha Road. My wife and I had an awesome meal here, starting with a crisp Masala Papad and piping hot Manchow Soup. Both were spot-on – soup, good. Papad, also good.

Our main course was the star of the evening: Kadai Paneer, paired with soft, buttery Tandoori Rotis. It was the perfect blend of flavors and spice, leaving us satisfied but craving more. To close it off, we enjoyed a refreshing Lemon Soda, the perfect way to end a hearty meal.

A special shoutout to Bapi Bhai, our waiter, whose speed and friendliness were truly impressive. He was like a ninja, but with more charm and an apron. Bonus points to the team for their "climate control" service, adjusting the AC to our liking. The ambiance was subtle but inviting, with a good variety of vegetarian options to choose from.
