Such a. Worst experience i had today. Through Zomato We ordered paneer fried rice , roti, paneer butter masala and aloo Paratha. Instead of paneer fried rice they added 4 paneer pieces gravy from paneer butter masala and there is no raita for it , aloo Paratha is smelling bad also no aloo stuff it's just normal chapati instead of aloo Paratha, paneer butter masala was so spicy people can't even eat it that also smelling bad . Rotis also not freshly made. They seems and smells like previous days food. The entire food is worst and smelling bad . It's definitely the previous days food stored and selling to customers next day. The entire day we were hungry because of this . There is no quality in the food in any way . It's full of some dust called Matti in telugu. This is the worst experience we ever had with a restaurant. Definitely I'm going to file a complaint against this restaurant in consumer court. I will not leave you. I suggest people not to go to this restaurant if u go definitely u will get sick . Hey restaurant get ready to face the consequences of this issue. And to his surprise asked him why and when he told her that it's in regards to the Google maps review I have given the restaurant she arrogantly told him that don't have a mother or sister. How dare you use bad language in the review addressing me. And to my surprise she lied to him on his face saying that she has refunded the money for the missing items that are panner in the curry. I was shocked to hear that from him. Especially the words about mother and sister. IF she has Spoken to me that way things would have been different. Speaking to you have no record of this. Ceiling Fan has no regulator.||4. We booked 2 rooms for 6ppl for 3days. During check-in we had to wait for 1hr because room was not ready, though we informed them before arrival. On the last day he forcefully changed the hotel and provided a different hotel. We were totally harassed after reaching to that hotel as XYZ Sharma booked room which can accommodate only 4ppl.||5.
