Silver Dum Biryani — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

The problem with this restaurant is the service. Due to covid norms i wanted to sit in my car. I requested At counter they behaved very rude and they said me wait here. I was surprised and then i felt myself if they have attitude. Why would I go there wait there and get this rude behaviour from the delivery counter.

The management has to look into this correct this type of behavior. Atleast get someone who can speak to customers in a good manner.

Anyways, I will never visit your store. Biryani is not great as much as reviews. May be spicy and oily eaters...

I recently visited Silver Dum, which was highly recommended by many for its flavorful biryanis. I decided to try the Special Chicken Fry Biryani, and I was not disappointed! I had ordered a chicken biriyani from this place through a delivery app. Saw lots of good reviews on google hence the expectations shoot up. But all glitters are not good,and not everything over internet is true. When the biriyani arrived,I was super excited. But it was really disappointing, two tiny pieces of fleshless chicken and cold average taste biriyani rice. The price was not cheaper comparing quantity and quality.
