Sweet Magic — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I've just had the absolute worst experience ever with Sweet Magic. They said they could deliver sweets via parcel, so I ordered. What I received was the biggest disappointment of my life. They said they would pack the Chitti Kajalu in an air-tight plastic container but instead, they just dumped them into a paper box. Due to this negligence, rats were able to chew through the outer packaging and the paper box. I've added the picture of what I received so everyone can see the gross lack of respect for the customer. I had also ordered 1kg of karjikayalu and had specifically asked them to pack them in a box so they wouldn't be damaged in transit. They, instead, threw them into a plastic cover and shipped them. What I received was basically powder that was once a bag of karjikayalu. This experience was very eye opening for me regarding this store. They had not just delivered a subpar product, but they also had the gall to accuse me of lying to them about the rats despite me sending the pictures to them. This lack of respect or dignity is why I will never be visiting this store ever again, I suggest you save yourself the trouble and find another sweet store in Vijayawada....

It's mirchi tragic for me and my family . All food items served are so bad taste and filled with mirchi in it. One has to go-to first floor and then come back down to take meals token . No employee at ground floor suggests to have a meals token there while going up. When we ask for meals they simply show the stair case. Curd is served in a small mini cup. Due to mirchi in curries who can't eat will try to have some curd rice. But Curd they serve will not do. Again get a token to take one more mini cup. Callous attitude of serving staff really irritates a common man. We all who went that day decided not to enter that premises again. No valet parking.
