Sivakoti's Food Magic Restaurant — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

First of all it is written as Sivakoti's Food Magic. Mentioned as 100% HALAL on their boards and in menu (We obeserved it later). You won't get it online as 100% Halal. How come the name is Sivakoti and it is 100% Halal?. Coming to food experience. Worst experience. There are very few people and some people went out immediately after entering the hotel as the chairs are swinging. Still we get in for dinner thinking that it would be easy to get food faster. We have ordered fried rice after starters (crispy corn is very deep fried and gave small burnt smell which we couldn't get it. They brought fried rice after half an hr. Just after serving we got fumes of burnt smell from the food. We haven't touched yet and asked them to smell it. They said, as it is fried rice it would be like that only. Just beside our table other persons ordered chicken which is damaged and they have deep fried to make it not smell bad. They also complained about it and also tried to speak with food safety officer which didn't worked out. They said to come into kitchen to check whether the food prepared is good or not. So, we went in to check. We checked there is a big can of gravy mix which was smelling very bad and they are using it to prepare curries we asked for. They are heating fried rice in microwave to serve. We asked about the smell of curry mix in big can and the heating process, as why it should be heated again when it is prepared just then. The chef shouted on us and said to get out from there rudely and with bad words. We argued with them regarding the food safety. He didn't respond properly and shouted on us. Visited the restaurant for the first time on 15th aug 2019 for lunch, we ordered two chicken bone less dum Biryani and Biryani rice, and a bottle of water, it to 15 mins for a person to come and take the order, and after the order was taken it took 1 hour for the food to arrive,after asking the waiter about 4 time how long would it take. Anyway after the food arrives no spoons to service or eat with, salad and water, glass to drink was forgotten, till we asked for it. The place had only one waiter for 11 tables, the service is very hopeless. And the chicken bone less bum Biryani had only 6 small pieces of chicken I wish I had a picture of the food. excellent ambience, very good tasty hot food served but just one small problem. if you want water they will make you buy a water bottle even if you don't need one full litre of water. in our culture it is common to offer water. if anyone wants to buy water they can buy. even 500ml of water is not available for purchase. everything need not be commercial where you are forced to buy one full litre of water bottle just cuz you found the food a bit more spicy than you wanted. just a small glass of water will help a lot in hospitality. hoping the owners take note of this review and rectify this...
