We went with family including a toddler, first of all there is no high chair option for kids hence no peaceful meal time for parents, prepare for this. Pros servicing and ambience are good, cons food taste and quantity weren't upto the mark. I asked ragi mudda but they served ragi sangati which is dry and cold. Ghee is the star ingredient in ragi mudda or sangati, but here ghee is used only for garnishing purpose. Paneer Kempu taste was just okay. In Non Veg we ordered Andhra chilli chicken and kempu. I didn't find any difference in taste except gravy in kempu which is also smells raw flavour. Chicken pieces are too hard to eat. Next comes to paneer chettinad and Natu Kodi pulusu, we mentioned mild spice only, seems they don't consider that. For kids I don't recommend that spice. For elders you can try. In both dishes gravy quantity is more, pieces are very less. Here comes the reason to write this lengthy review and the most horrible experience in "Soul of South" is tasting their SOS special biryani. In biryani, the rice was flavourful but that boneless Chicken was too sweet, for biryani lovers it is definitely a nightmare to eat that biryani boneless gravy. There is no reason or dish for us that attracts to visit again SOS. Other dishes might be delicious. My review is my personal experience only, yours might...

If you’re craving a flavour-packed South Indian feast, Soul of South won’t disappoint!
Tried Soul of South recently and I’ve got to say, the food was fantastic. We ordered Karivepaku Kodi Fry, Andhra Chilli Chicken, and Chicken Tikka for starters ,all three were spot on. The Karivepaku Kodi Fry especially was packed with flavour and just the right amount of spice.
For the main course, we went with the Rambo Chicken, totally worth it if you’re with friends because it serves three and it’s really good. Juicy, tasty, and perfectly cooked.
The interiors are beautiful too ,they’ve put in a lot of effort to keep it classy and South Indian without going over the top. The furniture and the whole vibe are really aesthetic. Service was great and the staff were polite and quick.
One thing though ,the Kerala-style dishes could be better. They didn’t quite match up to the Andhra flavours, but everything else made up for it.
Overall, if you love rich, spicy South Indian food and a nice ambience, definitely give this place a shot. Worth...
