Disappointing Experience at Srikanya: Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff

I recently dined at Srikanya and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I walked in, the lack of hospitality was evident. The staff's behavior was appalling, displaying a lack of courtesy and professionalism.

The service was subpar, with long waiting times for orders to be taken and even longer waits for the food to arrive. It seemed as though the staff were either understaffed or simply indifferent to the needs of the customers.

Adding to the frustration was the lack of information about the menu items. Despite asking for recommendations or details about certain dishes, the staff were unable to provide any helpful insights, leaving me feeling uninformed and unsure about what to order.

Overall, my visit to Srikanya was marred by poor service, late responses, and a disappointing lack of information from the staff. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a pleasant...

Visited only to be insulted. Untrained staff. No etiquette towards customers. Like any other roadside restaurant treatment. Comfort is only in Name (Sri Kanya Comfort) but not seen in hospitality by staff Mr.Srinivas, who took order and managed the table. I took one of my supervisor with me. He was treated in a very local manner, which implies to me, as I was his caretaker for the instance.

At the same time, no 'Sir', no proper addressing found in his conversation. Matter also briefed to floor manager Mr. Hanumath Rao.

Though food is average and below the 'Sri Kanya Grand', I don't comment on it now.

Better visit their same branch 'Srikanya Grand' its food is tasty and staff were well behaved.

I feel spending ₹220+ taxes for Biryani which costs just ₹80 in any normal restaurant is only for executive treatment and comfort. If they fail to offer the good treatment for customers it's just like any other road...

Worst service from rajahmundry srikanya comfort. Bad attitude of manager. I visited this restaurant on 13th jan 2019 at 7:30PM. I have asked for table for 2. I was guided by manager and showed a table. When I and my partner was sitting opposite to each other manager rudely told us to sit side by side. I hesitated and denied it straight away. His answer was its going to get busy and will accommodate some more people. where the restaurant was quiet with empty tables. He again insisted to sit side by side, literally forcing us. so Sri kanya staff are dictating customers.

I got annoyed, and walked out of restaurant, with out having dinner. I have been to finest restaurant atleast the least ones will give proper answers. But this restaurant is not good at all. Imagine a customer walking out without saying anything. its literally shame on them.
