Sweet Magic — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I don't even wish to give these people a single star. I had been to their restaurant yesterday around 4pm, while i was having my lunch,in between the sweeping lady came n started to sweep below the table where we were eating i askd her to wait for sometime,her reply was my shift is getting over i had to finish it. Aft sometime in the waitress s coming with the swipe machine for me to pay the bill, i got angry and asked is it so urgent that I have to pay while I'm eating? So her reply was we have to close the account,even then i was polite, she got so furious and she s asking my card pin number, u tell me I'll put the pin, i got super irritated. If they are in so much hurry to close the account they shouldn't have opened the restaurant they shld have closed it we would have gone somewhere else.. such a worst hospitality from that restaurant... It was almost like they were trying to push us out from the restaurant tking the money... With Such worst set of staffs they are running the restaurant,, sweetmagic had its name before now definitely with the attitude of their staffs it will come down.... I would not recommend any of them to that restaurant such a worst...

Worst place in our Entire Life . We went to this Hotel around 3.30 pm and asked for Meals when they said not available, we enquired for any other Vegetarian Items, not even one curry is available..

Finally we asked the bearer to give Fried Rice,White rice and curd rice..

We were given just 5 spoons of white rice, and 5 spoons of Rasam..

The curd rice is hardly 3 spoons only..

The Staff is so ruthless they didn't bother to give a small Cup of Rasam extra also, normally one should offer with Rice Meals....

The fried Rice is not boiled properly and our Son Got severe Stomachache...

No Humanity by Management.

No moral Values by Staff..

No proper varities are available for vegetarian people..

The menu Charges are to costly compared to any other similar hotels..

The Restaurant is full of Flies and mosquitoes....

There is no responsibility for Customers Hard-earned Money...

It's a big lesson for us in our entire Life..

Never ever visits this place again..

Kindly request all people to make a note of our worst experience...

Please do not consider going to sweet magic.. this will sweetly loot you and show magic...

The quality and taste of the food were outstanding, and there was something to please everyone in the family. I liked the Ulavacharu biryani Specially suggested by my old friend.
