3rd grade service, horrible presentation of food making it inedible. Ridiculous to the core with understaffed and incapable men. Avoid the vibe which is the only attraction.

The management wants me to call them and explain the issues so here it is..

We got 2 out of the three things ordered after repeatedly complaining and waiting for over 40 mins. The third dish wasn’t prepared at all even after an hour and we left after paying for the 2 dishes served.

The nachos served to us was in a pool of cheese and the heavy cream bowl was served over the cheese and not separately.

Burritos was so over cooked that the bread was almost soggy and got stuck in the silver foil. On opening the foil the filling just fell apart. And being hot it was impossible to separate the bread from the silver wrap.

Just 2 people at the terrace to manage guests in abundance. And only 1 out of them doing all the work inefficiently. The other one is a pure waste, good for nothing fellow.

Had to remind this 1 guy atleast 5 times to serve our food and all he could do is call and remind on the intercom to prepare our food and send it.

Totally 3rd grade experience for a tourist and driving down 19kms from the hotel to V Hangout was a total waste of time,...

Based on the reviews, I thought of giving this place a try, but to my surprise it did not stand up to my expectations. The look of it from the outside was great with a decent ambience and I think which was only good thing about the place. The person taking down the order had no clue about the food , when being asked about the ingredients, he stood there dumbfounded and lacked serving etiquettes. I ordered a garden fresh pizza which had very minimal toppings and was not even warmed up well. The second order was of a chilli paneer and a sizzler meal which I would say was decent but not upto the mark. The third order was of a burrito and a quesadilla, both of which were bland in taste and lacked the proper flavour. Forth being a mock tail named Cinderella which was exactly contrary to its name and the fifth being burnt garlic fried rice which never came so we had to cancel the order. We planned to go to Sai Priya Resorts for dinner, but one of my friends suggested trying VHangout, so we decided to give it a shot.

First disappointment – several items on the menu were not available. Unfortunately, whatever we wanted to order wasn't there. So, we went ahead and ordered two items we weren’t really interested in.

Service – The serving staff was not at all hygienic. While serving, their hands were touching the rice directly, and they were serving food without properly cleaning the plates or spoons.

Coming to the food:

Chicken Lollipop Biryani – The lollipops were okay, but the biryani rice lacked taste. Nothing special.

Chicken Fry Piece Fried Rice – This was a complete letdown. To be honest, it tasted and smelled like it was cooked in a pan usually used for seafood. Even though we ordered a chicken dish, it felt like we were eating seafood.

In conclusion – Ambiance alone isn’t enough, right friends? The food should be good too. Just something to think about...
