Disappointing Experience with Mr. Nagesh at ZAD Restaurant

Our visit to ZAD Restaurant was marred by the unprofessional attitude of Mr. Nagesh. From the moment we walked in, his demeanor was dismissive and disrespectful. Not only did he ignore our presence, but he also displayed a lack of courtesy and basic customer service skills.

Throughout our meal, Mr. Nagesh continued to exhibit an appalling attitude, showing little interest in ensuring our satisfaction or addressing any concerns we had. His behavior was not only unbecoming of someone in the hospitality industry but also tarnished the reputation of the establishment.

It is incredibly disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism, especially in a place where customers come to relax and enjoy a meal. We left ZAD Restaurant feeling deeply dissatisfied and disrespected, and we will not be returning. Management needs to address this issue promptly to ensure that other patrons do not have to endure similar...

I visited zamindar 7months ago, today on my visit to vizag was thrilled to know zamindar had a new branch in Rushikonda which is very closed to my stay but unfortunately had a worst experience, no waiting area, Totally untrained staff food was kept on the table but there was a gap of 10 min to serve there is no water offered, not table manners awesome thing was pulav was served without onion or salan or raitha…!

*Suggestion for zamindar… if zad is your franchise please revoke it, if it’s maintained by you people no comments…!

The space is quite conjusted for a team of 20 ppl also.. You order for dry starter n they serve you wet and come bck saying the chef took the order wrong.once food is served you don't see any executive attending your table. On top of all...when you get bill they have different items on bill, when you enquire about it..they say its same rate n they get a new bill in a notepad without stamp n sign ...End of the Day..."WHATEVER YOU ORDER THEY LL GET YOU WHAT THEY HAVE "
