KFC — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

The reason I'm giving 1 star is they had a very worst staff and also they have been doing this business and they don't have money to give the change so as it is Wednesday so I ordered a Wednesday bucket and gave money to the respective staff who take orders so,now actually I'm not complaining about the money here I didn't like the way she spoke to me.i don't know her name but she wore a specs and the height maybe upto 5'4 or something and she looks very slim and dark toned.. such attitude doesn't work while dealing with a customer..also the atmosphere was worst they doesn't clean after the dine-in..so better to avoid this store and it's better to go to the other KFC near BSNL office and food quality was also...

So we have orderd one zinger burger and 1 all chicken box when we got a whatsapp notification from KFC for International Burger Day if you buy an zinger burger you will get a classic zinger burger so we asked them by showing this and they replied no you have already paid bill now this cannot be added and also we wont suggest such things see if i see the offer obviously i can grab it even in T&C they didnot mention after billing it is invalid so they didnot provide and even they didnot suggest no board sign if there are offers you will display but why not...

I had a really disappointing experience at KFC recently. The service was slow and unorganized — I waited over 25 minutes for a simple order, and staff seemed confused about basic items on the menu. When I finally got my food, it was lukewarm and tasted stale. The chicken was dry, and the fries were soggy and undercooked. To make things worse, the restaurant wasn't clean — tables were sticky and trash was overflowing. I expected much better from a brand like KFC. Definitely not going back to this location...
