KFC — Restaurant in Arunachal Pradesh

Rude staff's. First of all if they have any problem with online orders. They should report to the authorities that they don't want to serve customers with online order or to close online orders. Instead of saying it loud infront of the customer. And check and pack the order properly before sending it out. Like I have so much missing ordered items just because they weren't interested in serving the online order customers. The authorities should atleast ask them to be professional and a bit ethical. Bunch of unprofessional stuffs. Please take interview properly before hiring. Since I have been staying out of state for so long. I always used to order online and am used to it. Hence, coming back to AP does the same because it's easier for both consumer and staff, to be not bothered staying in line and ordering. This is probably the last time iam ordering from KFC itanagar. Edit: THE FOOD NOW IS NOT LIKE IT USED TO BE EVERYTIME I GO I GET SMALL PIECES EVEN AFTER ASKING One time I ordered gold zinger addition which cost extra 100rs but they gave me a normal zinger and put ketchup . Sauce is extra 100rs for a sauce and they didn’t put the sauce🤷🏻‍♂️

Also they gave small wing pieces as “Hot n crispy” I am really disappointed with my recent experiences Please improve the food accuracy and serving better pieces as instructed by the franchise as I DONT GET SUCH ISSUES WITH KFC CHANDRANAGAR

Today i had a very worst experience at kfc itanagar. I have ordered a classic chicken burger but it turned to be my worst experience at kfc. First of all the Ac was not working at all, secondly there was very limited menu third and the worst was the burger was too much salty, it can't be eaten by any normal human being, my daughter who was fond of eating burger got highly disappointed and her craze of eating burger ended up in very unpleasant note. I request those who prepare those dish to please be carefull and check it properly whether it is eatable or not.
