Had the worst experience today...The chocolate truffle pastry that I ordered today online...turned out to be sour...and when I called the outlet and complained about it the person at the counter probably the owner did not listen to what I was saying and continued saying there was no problem at all.I then went to their outlet and returned them the pastries with no intension to ask for refund or exchange.Even in the store,the person didn't accept his mistake and was unapologetic and told swiggy mei complain kar do.I told him I will do that definately but the must not talk to his customers like that.He was rude to me.I highly do not recommend this...

Disappointing Experience with Food Quality

I recently ordered from this establishment through Swiggy, and my experience was far from satisfactory. The order, which included 3 chowmein, arrived incomplete with only 1 and a half portions. To make matters worse, the momos I ordered were the worst I've ever experienced – both in taste and quality.

Had horrible experience please don't buy cake from here they sell cakes which aren't fresh I paid 600 for some occasion and the day ruined because of the taste the cake was tangy i didn't complained as I heard the person who sit in the counter doesn't care at all I'll recommend everyone not to buy from cake.com atleast they should take responsibility not to sell yesterday's cake which isn't fresh which can't be eaten Work on it

This kumarpara panchali branch of cake.com should be closed as they are regularly serving spoiled cake to customers since many years all the reviews...
