kiranshree sweets & snacks — Restaurant in Assam

I heard lots about kiranshree best for sweets so I decided to dine in there...I am not from Guwahati but I wanted to go there ....so recently I visited your restaurant...my experience was not so good or not so bad ... Food is very good dosa is very nice and I try there raj kachori it's so amazing lots of flavours... 2.for sweets I tried there chena payes and I loved it rasmai is so soft .. For atmosphere it's nice they maintained their hygiene very well And lastly for service I loved their service and serving style a girl is served us she is so beautifully smiled and asked again and again that we need anything ...and she is so polite if I know her name I definitely mentioned here .. thank you so much for your good hospitality do visit I must...

I recently noticed a discrepancy in pricing between in-person and online orders. When I purchase food directly from your restaurant, there is no packing charge (₹0). However, when I order the same items via [Swiggy/Zomato], an additional ₹5 per item is added as a packing charge.

This seems misleading and unfair, especially when the packaging remains the same in both cases. I would like a clear explanation of this charge and where exactly this money goes — is it being collected by Swiggy/Zomato, or is it charged by your restaurant?

Please look into this matter and take appropriate corrective action if this charge is...

• Food was okay. But their hospitality towards everyone was horrible.

• They just stay in a corner forming a group wearing all the colours of rainbow as their dress code doing nothing. They don't even give a look to their customer.

•Felt like they are busy in their own busy and dreamy World.

• And those Apsaras, I don't know what role they are playing there..coz none of them are of use.

• Please Manager, change your staff members or Train them.

• Kindly teach them what hospitality means.
