The restaurant is very old n know to people living in guwahati. But this time I felt the brand is no more taking good care of itself (my own personal feelings). As we sit on the table(just behind the cash counter and next to the kitchen entrance). The first think that we find is RAT poop on the table. And the table cloth is also not dusted(seems like not since last operation) 😢. About the food and portion. The quantity will look small, but belive me it will be enough for two people. Taste is ok.
The truth is I was great fan of this place, visited many years ago.so went again with family this time. But the experience was not present.
The light is less in the particular room then the other. And the dirty table make your experience more worst. 😖
Don't know what to say, my visit this time was not good at all.

Went to China Town for Dinner with family after almost 10 years just for old times sake as I am mostly outside Assam and visit annually. The quality, decor and service have deteriorated drastically. The food is ok but not as per China Town's earlier taste which had endured the quality of the restaurant. Dusty table cloths, faded old curtains, poor service by waiter. It's time to move over to other restaurants. Sadly days of China Town are over. If they want to be in the market they have to improve otherwise as on date I Would Definitely NOT NOT recommend China Town as a joint for Chinese Food....
