Domino's Pizza | Garolia, Lokhra, Guwahati — Restaurant in Assam

Worst experience ever. I live in lokhra just some few mins far from this outlet i ordered a choco lava cake from here it came after 30 minutes and was really late .. as they guarantee us of 30 minutes delivery and if failed we will get refund.. when the delivery boy came i told that the order was really late so will i get my refund he said .. it happens only if the order is 1 hour delayed and was winning over me i showed him the policy then he called some lady idk ig she was the owner then she told me that now I have to give full payment then later on the refund will automatically transferred to my dominos wallet. Now it's been almost 5+ hours and it still shows that the order has dispatched and coming in few mins when I tried clicking on help they suggested me a number to call for any issue but when I called that number no one is picking it up.. I wouldn't have been taken it more seriously if the food was at good condition or even good at taste but unfortunately the food was at very bad condition top layering of the choco lava cake tasted like coffee powder and was really bitter the cake was not fully baked and was not even got .. worst experience please never buy from this outlet...

So we visited this outlet today to take away. Everything was good only but when its required to give a phone no, although she asked me my no, but while she was taking my order, she had put her own phone no. When I asked about it after getting my order, she told she gave my no but its not there. Clearly i have noticed that when i placed the order a girl came and she gave her no and went away. This is a huge fraud which they are doing and they straight away lied. Its really pathetic to see this. I was handed the order slip, is that the bill? And clearly I heard they were discussing about they gave their own no. I didn’t got the bill copy also. I will share the details in the mail. Kindly look at this fraud method which...

I ordered pizza's worth 475inr and requested for drinking water at the store which falls under basic store policy but i was blatantly refused and was asked to purchase a 500ml water bottle for 30inr which is of worth 10inr not so much about the money or the cost but i was refused the drinking water and was put in a very awkward and unpleasant situation Is this the quality of service domino's stands for? i have never faced such a situation at any other food joint store may it be kfc or burger king or McDonald's

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided to me

i wonder if spending my money at a different food joint would have resulted in such a spoilt...
