Domino's Pizza | Mahabhairab, Tezpur — Restaurant in Assam

I recently visited Domino’s Pizza on Dhanua Nagar Road and had a great experience. The service was exceptional, and the staff was extremely helpful. I had a coupon offer from GPAY that I wanted to claim through the app, and the staff guided me through the process with ease. They were patient and ensured that I could use my offer without any hassle.

During my visit, the staff also suggested a great deal on chicken wings. Initially, one plate of chicken wings was priced at Rs 194, but they offered me two plates for just Rs 207 as part of a new offer that wasn’t yet listed on the menu. It was a great value for the price, and I appreciated them informing me about this deal.

Although the space at this Domino’s branch is a bit congested compared to the one at Mission Chariali, the quality of service more than made up for it. The staff’s attentiveness and willingness to help made my visit enjoyable, and the food was served hot and fresh.

Absolutely the worst experience ever at a Domino’s outlet. The staff here are completely disorganized and clueless about how to manage customers or even coordinate among themselves. Every single time you visit, you’re met with the same pathetic excuse: “Please sit, we’re busy right now. Someone will take your order soon.”

Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes just to get your order taken, and then another 30+ minutes for your pizza to be prepared. That’s over an hour of pure frustration just to get a basic meal. The staff move around like headless chickens, with zero urgency or professionalism. The less number of staffs also plays a big role here.

If you’re hungry and value your time, do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. This outlet is a disgrace to the Domino’s brand. Go here only if you enjoy being ignored, mistreated, and made to wait endlessly for a pizza that may or may not ever show up.

It was my first order from Domino's and my experience was awful. I placed order at 10.30 AM and I paid for my order. After 30 minutes I got a call from Domino's and I was informed that my order will be delayed by another 30 minutes.At 12 noon I called the restaurant but they didn't received my call.Again after 10 minutes I called the restaurant and I was informed that my order is out for delivery and will be delivered after 10 minutes. Finally I got the delivery at 12:45 PM. If the restaurant is not prepared to take order then they are not Supposed to do so.
