KFC — Restaurant in Assam

I recently visited KFC and I must say that I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The food quality at this particular branch was not up to par compared to other KFC locations I have visited in the past. One of the main issues I encountered was that the popular items like the hot and crispy chicken were over-fried, resulting in a greasy and less enjoyable taste. The texture was not as crispy as I had expected, and it seemed like the chicken had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long.

Another aspect that left a lot to be desired was the professionalism of the staff. I found them to be quite unprofessional in their conduct. The tables were not cleaned regularly, and it was evident that the staff members were not prioritizing cleanliness. This lack of attention to detail made the dining area feel unhygienic and unkempt.

As a regular customer of KFC, I have come to expect a certain standard when it comes to food quality and service. Unfortunately, this particular visit did not live up to those expectations. I believe that KFC as a brand should ensure that all of its branches maintain consistent quality and professionalism across the board.

While I acknowledge that individual experiences can vary, based on my recent visit, I cannot recommend this particular KFC branch. Visited the KFC Ganeshguri outlet today, and the experience was disappointing. I ordered a rice meal box and chicken popcorn, and the staff at the counter asked if I wanted spicy or non-spicy. I naturally assumed they were asking about the food, but after paying, I noticed two dips were added to the bill, each costing Rs. 94, without my consent. When my friend and I complained, the staff rudely insisted they had informed me, but not once did they mention that the question was about dips! This is blatant cheating. Though the place was for repairing but then we sat there.... Me and my colleagues was expecting for better service and food as well... We order burger and chicken... Especially the burger, the mayonnaise was just a little, and the cheese wasn't melting... We found a terrible taste... No onion, no tomato, nothing... We couldn't finish and came back.... Wasn't expect. Also the service taker wasn't very slow in understanding I guess... I ordered extra for dine and take away... But she misunderstad all time.... Which I had to spend for couple mins in Ordering... Hope this won't happen...
