The KFC outlet in Goldighi Mall, Silchar, is a fantastic option for fast food lovers. Never ever I expect such worst quality food. KFC has been my favourite place for brunch but after the reopening of goldighi outlet, i got a zinger burger with the chicken black&hard&cold that i couldn't even chew, lettuce turned rotten, the size of the burger reduced to 50%, and i hoped the hot and cryspy to be as good as before but had to stop after my first bite, the chicken smelled and was not fresh. An employee approached me with a smile to ask for my review but sorry i had to tell the true experience there.

I don't really know what is going on with the Goldighi outlet, after it has been shut down for months, the food quality became worse. I never believe that was the meal i had in a KFC.

To my dear fellow customers, please check the food before you take your first bite, if not good, speak up to the manager, ask for the food that you deserved which i couldn't do.

About KFC at Golddighi mall, Prem tala, Silchar Assam. Provided chicken wings which smelled bad, tastes like old about to rot chicken.

Cafe latte ( where advertisement shows starrting at 99 with 119 being stiked off and witten 99, but they charge 119 only and says 99 is just for hot coffee, such misinformative advertisements ! Similarly Iced latte picture with written starting at 99 and charge you 149 when asked they say its just hot coffee at 99..misinfo advertisement. Moreover the latte and the iced tea provided were low quality, very dilute and taste not upto the mark. Waste of money on it !

About the cleaniless, the basins and washing area was very dirty and smelly.
