KFC — Restaurant in Assam

We placed the takeaway order at 7.18 p.m. on 23.7.23 at the store. Also got an sms confirmation that we'll get our order within 7 minutes. We requested the person at the cash counter, and also the store manager to replace all the sauces with mayo only. He also reconfirmed at least thrice. Initially, they asked us to wait for some time. However, we had fo wait for 28 minutes in total before the order was ready. It'd still not matter, had our food requests were met. We reached home and after opening the package, we found that neither the rolls, nor the burgers had been made with mayo. It was all so very spicy, it was impossible for children to eat. Even adults found them super super spicy. I just requested 1 modification, that instead of spicy sauce, mayo should be added. Also, we had specifically ordered "classic krisper" and not the "spicy krisper". If we wanted spicy, we'd order spicy. How tough is it to understand? It was as if the store manager, who assembled our order, he intentionally made it spicy. We did not want the "dynamite mayo". If one is ordering some food, one wants to relish it. I had a highly disappointing experience at this KFC outlet. Me and my friend visited the restaurant with token number 8693, and we were treated with utter disrespect by the staff. One of the employees, who claimed to be the manager, misbehaved with us and threatened to forcefully kick us out simply because we brought a bottle of water from home. We were about to enjoy our meal when a female staff member called the supposed manager, who rudely told us to leave immediately, or else they would forcibly remove us. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior, and such treatment of customers is shocking, especially from a reputed brand like KFC. It’s important for KFC to ensure that their staff are trained in proper customer service and know how to treat their patrons with respect. We visit such outlets for a pleasant dining experience, not to be mistreated. This kind of behavior needs to be addressed, and I hope the management takes strict action against such incidents in the future.
