Mint Leaf Multi Cuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in Assam

Horrible service! Went alongwith family on Vijaya Dashami for having dinner. Took a corner table but had to shift to another one in order to get rid of mosquito bites! The restaurent was full of mosquitos and when we complained about it the manager asked us to move to another table as "corner areas are prone to mosquitos". Floor near the table was too dirty; used up tissue papers, toothpicks n left over food particles were lying here n there. The menu was a Durga Puja special one and had very limited dishes( didnot even have green salad, any kind of soup, even fresh lime soda or any beverages! ).Still we decided to give it a try n ordered our food. We waited for not less than 30 minutes before getting our ordered food. Food was okay though nothing exceptional. We ordered kadhai paneer & kadhai chicken_ gravy was same for both the wishes only the main ingredient was changed. They donot even provide finger warm & when we went to the wash basin we were surprised that the only bottle of liquid hand provided was empty!! Its sad to see that even the basics of hospitality are missing in their service. Overall it was a very bad experience. Never wish to visit again. I wonder when can we expect to get a decent & quality family restaurent in Nagaon?! Till then restaurents like Mint leaf will keep on flourishing in...

I had a very disappointing experience at Mint Leaf.....We ordered the Chicken Chinese Sizzler...and it was a complete disaster. The portion size was shockingly small...

we about 6 friends went for dinner aa few days back..food and service was good but what is we get vert dissapointed when we finish our meal we take ice cream from baskin and want to change the table but the waiter told us that we should sit in the same table...after we finish ice cream...one of the waiiter was arranging the spoons and dishes in a table whic was near our table in a very unpolite noisy manner...and adter that he told us to leave as he had to arrange for a party which was in that evenig may be... this was my 1st exprnce that any one told to leave aftr fininshg meal in a resturant..the behaviour of the srvice...
