I saw your reply to one of the reviews of Samay Saha. We were another group present there during this incident and it's funny how you are defending yourself with claims full of flaws. We were sitting in the next table , and yes there was commotion created there but then they had every reason to complain and do what they did. We did not say a single word then but after seeing this reply regret doing so. Firstly, your staff and manager don't understand complete Hindi. We being complete Hindi speaking people understood what they said. They did not ask your manager to die but they said they maybe he is tired and that is why irritated so he should take some rest. They started with a decent tone too. More importantly their complaint was that when they ordered mutton, they were served 2 out of 4 pieces, of liver so they wanted a change where the change was not made and the old gentleman asked them to leave rudely. And furthurmore we had a word with them outside the dhaba where we got to know the man who was arguing is a regular visitor of arunachal, has tie ups with many hotels there and infact stayed at a hotel in tawang and dirang where he is tied up with the hotels as business vendors. This therefore shows that your claim where he has caused trouble during his trip, is hereby invalid. We have nothing to do with this incident but it is sad to see how you would show malice towards a customer's feedback who actually was not that wrong .
