I recently visited your Silchar outlet and would like to share my honest feedback. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations associated with the Pizza Hut brand.
Cleanliness & Hygiene When I arrived, my table still had mineral water bottles and food crumbs left by previous customers. I politely informed the cashier, who responded with minimal interest. While the staff eventually cleaned the table, they left the bottle there — and I actually had to eat my meal with someone else’s used bottle still sitting on my table. This was honestly quite off-putting.
Unhelpful Staff Interaction I asked the cashier to suggest the best non-veg pizza on the menu. Instead of giving a recommendation, he simply asked “Veg ya Non-Veg?” and then showed me the entire menu to decide for myself. I chose one, but the pizza turned out to be very disappointing. When the staff themselves can’t recommend confidently, it reflects poor training or lack of interest.
Selective Service Experience There was a staff member distributing tissues. I was sitting between two groups — both received tissues. I asked for one too, but was ignored completely. This kind of selective behavior made me feel uncomfortable and neglected as a customer.
Overall While the air conditioning was working well, that’s probably the only thing that was. The service, food experience, and cleanliness were all lacking — which is disheartening when visiting a reputed brand outlet.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and work toward improving the customer experience, starting with basic hospitality and hygiene.

Firstly, the waiting time was inexcusably long. Despite the restaurant not being at full capacity, the service was sluggish and inefficient. This level of delay is entirely unacceptable and suggests a severe lack of proper management and staffing.
Secondly, the air conditioning was subpar, making the dining area uncomfortably warm. This issue compounded the already frustrating wait time, as we were forced to endure an uncomfortably hot environment. Effective climate control is a basic expectation for any dining establishment, and the failure to provide this demonstrates a disregard for customer comfort.
Most egregiously, however, was the quality of the food. The pizza was an utter disappointment. It was poorly prepared, lacked flavor, and was barely edible. The crust was hard and overcooked, the toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed, and the overall taste was bland and unappetizing. This level of quality is inexcusable for an establishment that prides itself on its pizza offerings.
In conclusion, this experience was a complete waste of time and money. I urge Pizza Hut to address these issues promptly to prevent further dissatisfaction among your customers. I expect a significant improvement in both service and food quality...

They charge almost twice the price for a pizza you can get in Domino’s which would be 100 times better than the worst pizza which I had to eat because I paid for it.
