The little cute cafe is situated at the back side of the box office of Gold Cinema, Goldighi mall. The cafe is well decorated but seating options are limited as the size of the cafe is small. Yet they serve mouth watering veg dishes. The cappuccino coffee they serve is of huge quantity and the taste was also good. The owners of the cafe are very humble and cordial. They have recently started serving few non-veg items also. They have a good collection of chocolates. Worst place to hangout in silchar. Quality of food below average. Quantity of food barely enough. Rude and incompetent service men. Over priced items. Very loud and inappropriate music playlist played at the spot. In short it would be better to throw money down the lane than spend it here. I feel cheated after paying Rs 250 for this one cold piece of barely chewable waffle cut into two and a teeny scoop of very average tasting ice cream. Roadside Food stalls outside the mall serve much better ice cream compared to this one. Very bad experience overall. Hope this place changes for better or chooses to shutdown...

The Chocolate Room is distinctly recognisable. There are sit down places with loungy and trendy interiors. You can either hang-out or come in for a long or hasty casual business meeting. The other version is a quick stop to pick up something sweet or snacky at a mall or cinema.
