We often visit this place on our way back home from work. Their coffee is really good. Other items from bakery to light food or snack items like cutlets, rolls, sandwich are available. Their pastry section is also diverse. The outlet remains stocked at most times although sometimes they run out. It happens mostly in the festive seasons. They have a good enough eating place inside as well. It's a convenient place for people who don't have time, to just drop in and quickly grab a bite or buy some snacks on the way back home. We visit regularly and experience hasn't been bad...but today(2nd June 2019) encountered a rude Staff. When complained to the cash counter staff, he was rude too!! Repose take heed - only good food wont bring customers. Customer service is equally important. Teach your staff customer service and soft skills. No wonder so many reviews complain of unprofessional staff. My family and I came out of your store with such a spoilt mood today....
