The shop wasn't hard to find and the guy who was at cashier counter was having an approachable attitude. But there was only one problem with their service was that if someone wants to order any special cake, FOR AN EXAMPLE, ONE HEART SHAPE CAKE THEN; YOU HAVE TO ORDER ATLEAST 1KG CAKE & BY CHANCE YOU WANT TO ORDER A CAKE WITH SOMEONE'S PHOTO ON IT THEN; YOU HAVE TO ORDER MINIMUM OF 1KG AND AFTER THAT THE CAKE HAS TO BE A SQUARE SHAPE CAKE. I even asked the cashier that to print the photo of my choice and that can be stuck on a Half Kg Cake but the guy denied, I asked them to prepare a 1kg Round Black Forest Cake and the Photo can be stuck on the wall of the cake but AGAIN HE FREAKIN DENIES!!! Well, I have been visiting various outlets of repose for more than a decade. Repose is a brand which is known to me before loyans or brewberry or frezza or many others which are established within in this decade for its quality of food, staff's nature and cleanliness etc. But this specific ganeshguri outlet has staff with no mannerisms. Furthermore, the collection of foods is below average. Repose has always valued customer but today I felt agony in there.
