⭐ 1 Star – WORST Experience Ever at Zaika Restaurant, Karimganj

I don’t even know where to begin. This place was a disaster from the moment I walked in.

The service was very very VERY bad. It felt like we were invisible. The staff acted like they were doing us a huge favor by just acknowledging our presence. The receptionist and waiters were straight-up rude, showing no interest at all, behaving as if they were too busy for us, like we were valueless nobodies. No greeting, no smile, just pure attitude.

There were ACs installed, but guess what? They didn’t even bother to turn them on. The place was so stuffy, I felt like I was sitting inside an oven. And the lighting was horrible — lights were there, but the place was so dull and dim, it looked more like a haunted house than a restaurant.

We were sweating, waiting, and regretting every second spent there. Even asking for basic things felt like disturbing them from some “important mission” they were clearly not on.

In short — worst ambiance, worst service, worst staff behavior. If you enjoy getting ignored, sweating in a dark corner, and feeling like an unwanted guest — this is your place. Otherwise, save your time and money....
